Web browsers, like Safari or Chrome, are tools used to look at websites. In recent updates, Apple made some changes to protect people's privacy. They did this by blocking some special cookies, which are like tiny pieces of information that some websites use. Unfortunately, this change caused some pages in Salesforce, a tool used by many companies including Quotanda, to not show up correctly. If you have trouble accessing our platform, there's a solution.

1. Access the Settings app from the Home screen

Look for your Setting app in the phone launcher of your iPhone device.

2. Within Settings, find your browser

Search for your browser app, which may be Safari, Chrome or other, and click on it.

3. Scroll down and find “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”

4. Deactivate “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking”

After completing these 4 simple steps, please return to your Quotanda application tab and refresh the page.
